Hmm. Strange. I would make sure your resolution and window mode is set correctly and see if that helps your issue.

Always happy to help. I hope somebody has a better answer for ya. I do try my best to help who I can.

If it helps, you can always take a picture yourself and try to convert it to PNG. It may take a bit more effort, but I'm unsure if PNG's exist otherwise.

It's something the game teaches you in the tutorial. You don't get anything for level 0, and you need to process at least to the first level. It's difficult to recommend what to start with, because everyone prefers starting in their own way, but I definitely recommend the stuff that'll help conserve money first, then use the money on upgrades when you can.

Never send in signals that are level 0. You don't actually get points for them. Your priority off the bat should get your processing to level 1. It should be the upgrade at the bottom. Then you can start making money off of the drives you send out. There are 3 levels to process with, but until you get stuff that increases the speed in which processing works, you shouldn't go above 1 until you're comfortable with it. It takes a while to process, depending on the size of the drive, but you will get paid more for higher levels, so you should max the processing when you can.

One step at a time. Don't feel rushed, because the story is actually pretty long. Even if you aren't as efficient as you want to be, you'll get to where you want to be eventually. Kerfur will definitely help, but it's not exactly going to save you money without having a Solar ATV, because you'll still need to buy fuel for your daily tasks if you're low. It'll help you save fuel, however, so you'd still be using less money. Generally, I like to focus QoL stuff before signal efficiency, as the less money I spend on other things, the more I'll have to spend on signal upgrades later.

It will definitely help. With enough effort, you'll get Omega Kerfur, as well. Then, all you'll need to focus on is your power management, and your signals, as Omega can fix servers, and do your daily task, as well as fix generators if they go down.

Well, if it helps, try to invest in things that speed things up, and don't forget modules. Especially stuff that helps your job. As an example, I recommend getting the Storm Filter and ATV Solar Power ASAP, as the Storm Filter helps leave your stuff processing during a storm, and you won't need to maintain it, and the Solar Power will allow you to get around with your ATV without needing to spend points on fuel.

Once you have those things, I would recommend stuff that will speed up your work, like processing and download speed. Eventually, you'll get to a point where you'll have your daily task done and the day won't even be close to over, and you can keep sending stuff out for points, and your weekly reviews will give you even more points at the end of the week.

If you ever have any more questions, or you're looking for more tips, I'm always happy to help out, and if that's not enough, I have a whole thread on the forums that's full of tips and tricks that you can check out.

If you really want to speedrun getting a Kerfur, there's two methods you can do right off the bat. You can clean the base, as garbage you send out can be sold for a hefty sum, and you can sell a bunch of MRE's from a secret barrel.

The folder he is looking in is not where the application for the game is, it is where the assets and such are stored.  The folder with the application in it would be located elsewhere, usually depending on where you put it after downloading.

I would say make sure the folder isn't hidden by any options in the File Explorer. If that doesn't work, there may be a way to regen the VotV folder from in the game itself.

Always happy to help.

Once your get the 7zip folder the download comes with, extract its contents to a place of your choosing (recommend making a folder for it all and placing it all in there) and then you can launch the application from there.

Hmm. The one time I saw this issue pop up for someone else, they got it to work by using a different converter, so I am unsure why it wouldn't work with a normal MP3. I suggest trying to report this in the pinned bug thread. Maybe somebody can help you there? Sorry I couldn't help more.

Well, you can clean up the base entirely and sell off the garbage for money. Is this not what you're looking for already?

I've seen this issue pop up before, and I'm not entirely sure how to fix it, but if the file type isn't the issue, you may have to find another way. Where have you gotten your music from? A converter? Did you buy them? That kind of stuff.

If it gets too bothersome, you can also disable food tolerance in the options.

You treat them like homies and you shall be their homie.

Always happy to help. :)

Oh. Well, given 0.7.0 only recently came out, it may be a while. This was a really big update worked on by a very small team, and took nearly, if not more(?) than a year to make. It may be a long while before another update, but who knows? It really depends on how big the next update will be.

If you're talking about the 0.7.0 update, it is available. I am unsure why, but it is not able to grab via browser, as the file doesn't exist there for some reason. If you use the app version of Itch, however, you can download the new version from your game library. I'm not sure why it worked like this, but I hope this helps you.

When your game is ended by the End is Near signal, you can reload the same save and you are given time to correct your error. Be sure to delete everything about it. No drive, no database, and to play it safe, reset your power systems, too. Then, you should be fine.

I am actually unsure. Going back to menu and loading back in might help, as it usually has to reload props and stuff, which may or may not get it unstuck. If that doesn't help, I think there's a way to regen props and stuff in the settings, but I can't remember for sure.

I'm unsure. Back when I found a nest for the first time, I don't think wasps were a thing yet.  For all I know, you can't, but there may be an item that can deal with them. Just not sure which.

Good! Glad you got the problem fixed up. And hey, if you ever need tips or help, you can always ask.

The more you send out, the better your weekly review will be, basically. If you're making a comfortable amount of money, though, it's just extra. You don't have to send EVERYTHING out. Especially low rank stuff. You will not get paid for anything level 0 or special, I believe. Try to avoid sending anything under 0.5 MB's, as they're usually not good enough for good money, or usually end up special in some way. Anything else, you can send for extra money if you want to.

You need a grappling hook. You can purchase them from the store. There will be a slit you can look through, on the back of the bunker. The card will be on the stairs, which you can grab and pull to your with the grapple. After you get the card and open the first door, you will need a password changer for the second door at the bottom, and then you'll be inside, and can get your omega recipe.

(WARNING: Practice with the grappling hook first, if you don't know how it works yet. You could very well throw it and lose it if you don't use it correctly, and you'll have to buy another.)

There should be a tick box in the visuals somewhere to switch it from normal fullscreen to borderless. Now that you mention it, there may not be a windowed mode, and I remembered that wrong. I apologize for that. If you already tried the tick box, though, I would say make sure your resolution is set correctly. Or -- in games that have done this to me before -- try resetting from fullscreen to borderless, or the other way around and see if that improves at all.

Should be.

Hmm. Strange. Have you tried different window modes, like Borderless Windowed, and normal Fullscreen? Borderless Windows are usually good for dual-monitor setups.

Well, I'm glad you got it figured out. Sorry I couldn't help more.

Unfortunately, I'm unexperienced in how to use the printer. I know there's an in-game tutorial for it in the options, under the hints section. If you already refer to it, though, I'm unsure what else to say. I wish I could help more, but I'm not sure how to get it working myself.

Okay, so you figured out what causes the mouse issue. When you fix that, you're still having the light issue? Just wanna be sure I'm getting that right.

I am unsure, honestly. As far as I know, the only thing that really messes with them is trying to take their stuff when they start setting up their treehouse.

A fine collection, indeed.

If you're fine with me kinda spoiling what it is, I can let ya know, but that's up to you.

I'm actually unsure myself. I haven't done everything with those yet, so hopefully somebody else can help. I'm sure someone has done it before.

It'll definitely get easier. Don't worry. Things aren't nearly as complex as they seem, and they'll become second nature eventually. And if you ever need help with anything else, I'm always willing to help.

Strange. It hasn't been that hard on my end. It's not as fast as you may think, too. I don't think there's ever a time when you're being rushed to do anything. Most combos are just item and inventory management, anyway, so it's not too important. You can always take the simpler route for that one. The number keys not working is strange, though. Have you tried looking through your controls to make sure everything is set properly? And the windows key thing, well, I am unsure how this could be common for you, BUT, a possible workaround would be to set your fullscreen mode to Fullscreen Borderless. This may help the fullscreen remain so, while stuff is layered on top.

You have to go through the full story at least once to unlock Sandbox.
